sleeve
fields of application:
- protection of webbings against abrasion at raw surfaces
(SHZ sleeve IB, IBAB, UB)
- safe handling of sharp-edged loads (SHZ sleeve IBAB)
The sleeve remains at the loads edge, during the lifting sling
is able to slide without abrasion. For expansion and positioning of the webbing, the sleeve has
to be considerable shorter than the lifting or round sling.

PU-sleeve
features SHZ PU-sleeve:
- excellent gliding properties between webbing and sleeve because of textile padding
- prevention of bruising the webbing and high flexibility because of rounded edges
- optimal protection of the carrying webbing against sharp edges, by ordering optional glass fiber interspersion
- with the help of an optional protective membrane an excellent adhesion is guaranteed even on damp and oily surfaces
- Two-sided sleeves protect the lifting sling all around. Both sides of the sleeve can be used for lifting.
Dangerous mistakes by using the wrong side are no longer possible.

PU-coating
fields of application:
- protection of webbings against abrasion at raw surfaces
- protection of webbings against sharp cutting edges
- Coated lifting slings with a small usable length are much more flexible as those with a sleeve.
Coated lifting slings can't be used for handling of sharp-edged loads,
because relative movements between the webbing and the sleeve aren't possible.
